This box set wasnt long enough! Once you get past the uber alpha cheesey Roman… you fall in love with the characters and story… could very well continue or branch out to others… it just ended so abruptly… a solid not super raunchy set of books

Look, and I absolutely love the narrators did get a little bit irritated with Kate in the beginning, but overall the book was great

I enjoyed listening to this shifter romance. The action adventure aspect made for interesting listening. The characters were well developed.

I think it would be fun to read a book on the family expansion and growth of pups, since Cait didn't grow up as a wolf, seeing her children grow, learn and develop with Roman next to her.
This adds a fire or missing piece into Ramonas heart after Jack.
and possibly a more direct link to the conversations both alpha wolves have. After the bond, it didn't feel the attraction and desire was as strong as before the bond, or at least its the feeling I received in the 3rd book b/c of all the bad things going on around them. They definitely need a holiday and pups after all the stress and drama they had to put up with; and possibly good vibes from Ramona meeting her Aunt.

PS. Roman's wolf is hilarious!!!

the story was well written with 3 dimensional characters. While all the classic mythical beings are present in the story, the author shifts the rules which we know a little to make a world that is her own.

The narrators do a wonderful performance that gives each character their own voice. Their readings were less reading and more performance. Worthy of a radio.

This is the 2nd series of the Mystics and Mayhem series. I didn’t realize it so I listened to this one first and after falling in love with the story, I ended up binge listening the rest of the series! I enjoyed having a male narrate the male characters. It helps bring through story even more alive. Fantastic series! I will say… my husband wishes he had the endurance of a wolf shifter after hearing bits and pieces of this series, haha!
