This book has a great story line except the FL she is so damn infuriating and just stupid. She hates him so much she thinks everything is his fault, he saves her countless times and still she hates him. Anyone who tries to kill her is somehow innocent but he's the most horrible person. I wish her character had been written smarter and less stupid and ignorant. Wolf God does bad and good but more good and doesn't pretend to be something he is not and tries so hard to redeem himself but she just hates him, honestly he should have let her die. But of course it wouldn't make for a storyline. Great book but will make you hate FL and love ML. He literally saves people over and over and over in front of her and she still wants to kill him so he doesn't kill the bad people whom are literally killing people in front of her and sending others to kill her. She is just dumb so f****** dumb.

I am so unhappy with the heroin Samantha's weakness. She was manipulate each step and the one person she should have remained with or ran to is the dark wolf but she continues to make one mistake after the other. Knowing who to trust is not her strongest attribute. I am only the one forth through the second book in series and I am not sure if I want to read further. Why does the author makes the female leads so stupid and weak. However, the book has a good story line and I enjoyed the other characters. I even enjoy Sam, although t it hard to listen her stupidity.

I loved everything about this series, I have read reviews saying Sam was weak but I think she was anything but weak because she faced craziness and could have been killed at every turn. I recommend this series

Loved the storyline and cliff hangers. The characters were great and believable. I can see where this might go. Can’t wait to see what is next in this series of books. I read the Wilburn series first.

It was a good listen, but it was almost the same as "Magic Side," with just different characters. I won't listen again; it was just the same over and over, back and forth. After a while, it just got old, plus I wanted more hotness, which is short and sweet in the final book. The story will keep you engaged, but it's just too much like the first series with all the back-and-forth of emotions and lies. It just drags on and on. Narrators did a wonderful job, this is the second series I've listened to from this author. I want to listen to more series that are runoffs of "Magic Side", but not up to the back and forth again, which seems at this point to be how the author continued this series.

Good Listen on a long road trip, no hotness.

Aiden Snow is wonderful as always! Performance got a high mark bc of him only.

I could tell by the 3rd chapter FL was rigid, closed minded, and well… stupid. She has no clue. As if I had already read the book, I knew he was the good guy and she is a mindless minion. ML has me curious. I’m at chapter 10 so we will see. Hopefully I start liking her. Nothing so far has lead me to believe I will. Not worth the money yet… but cannot wait to see of I figured the book out already.

On chapter 19… she is so full of hatred and delusion she can’t see what is front of her own face. Seriously, if he was your enemy, wouldn’t a smart person try to learn as much as possible rather than clinging to hatred. Still such a bad impression of what I assume was supposed to be a strong FL. Strength doesn’t equal stupid and stubborn. I also don’t like the obsession from the ML. There is nothing exceptional about her except for her capacity for hate. Epic fail so far. I hope the Fae capture and try to kill her. She deserves it. I truly believe she is the evil she believes him to be.

I just can’t finish this book. The hatred I have for Samantha is affecting my mood. Horrible book
