I want more!
Mookie is such an inquisitive girl and this book is brought to life in such a wonderful way. Her letters from camp are hilarious and I love the journey she’s on as she tries to figure out who Fern is. I hope there’s more to this series...I CANNOT WAIT!

Part Two of Hilarious Summer Camp Adventure
Jamie Lee Curtis’s audible story is narration of the pains of summer camp is marvelous. Mookie Hooper is in the middle of a mystery and everyone is telling her that she wrong. Trying to fit in and make friends is not going well. The wonderful conclusion of this hilarious story. Recommend.

We want more!
Our family (boys 10 and 8 yrs old) really enjoyed this story. The characters and voices were great. We loved the adult jokes snuck in throughout the narrative. We want more!

This was enjoyable too
First I'd like to point out this story is geared towards a young audience (kids). Having said that, I still found it fun to listen to. It reminded me of school days and all the pros and cons of being in school. This is the first 4 "chapters" of a continuing story. I enjoyed hearing multiple narrators instead of just one trying to change their voice. Jamie Lee Curtis is very obvious in the narration, with the distinct voice she has. I plan on listening to the continuation of the story. Kind of like a blast from the past.

it was okay
While intriguing, the main character seems to hit every wall possible. Not to mention the original mystery doesn't get solved.

Ok
I thought the performances of the voice actors were great, but I didn't love the story. The main character, Mookie, was annoying. She grows on you throughout the story, but only a little. I actually like the other characters more. The ending was awful, I don't want to give it away, but it would have been nice if there was more closure.

It is great.
I thought it was great. I have read a reviews saying she made the wrong decision, but she was not supposed to make the right decision. It is a story and it was not pre-school book telling kids to "Always make the right decision weather it hurts you or not. " So overall I really like this book a really interesting mystery and the twist at the end is great. I also like how it is set up to make seem that she is righting to someone back home.

This is so good. Hilarious.
I listened to this with my daughter. We loved this. Even as an adult this was so amusing. The narration is fantastic, especially Mookie. Great listen.

Super-cute mystery...
...told by a 12-year-old girl, for adults. It’s cunning because as the girl tries to solve the mystery, we as adults come to different conclusions than she does. Played by a full cast, it’s very funny and clever.

Surpringly engaging!
Being a person who likes the occasional YA novel, I was skeptical at first that this might be a little too young for me. However I found the storyline engaging with a couple of twists and the performers were really cool especially the main character. It is absolutely worth a listen especially as a free download.I hope you are able to enjoy it as much as I did! A fun summer listen.
