Okay advice, but terrible audio quality.

This is a short grounding meditation. Unfortunately, the audio quality of this podcast is very poor.

Recording is poorly made

I downloaded this and looked forward to it, but I never made it past the first episode. The audio recording isn't the quality I had expected. Even within an episode/chapter, it's obvious when mics, locations, settings, cuts happened. I'd rather listen to a pod from another source in this topic.

HATE the voices reads

It's like listening to NPR News which I like but don't find relaxing to listen.

Not really for me

I usually like to listen to podcasts while doing some other mindless activity such as washing and folding clothes, cleaning, etc. This forces you to write things down and so you can’t really do anything other than just focus on this podcast. I’m sure it’s great for others. But not if you’re trying to multitask.

One of the narrators is a whistler when she speaks!

Listening to the primary narrator, (not Mary Beth), is like nails on a chalk board!!! You get what you pay for...unfortunately.

I was disappointed. I thought this could have all been condensed for easier loading and lisrening.

remove this sh*t Some psychopath babbled some New Age bullsh*t into her two dollar computer microphone. but this f*cking app won’t let me delete it. I can delete all the books I paid for. but this f*cking app won’t let me delete this bullsh*t

Ouch!

Very painful to listen to. One of the speakers sounds like she’s on her cell phone (similar quality of sound) and it’s very distracting. As well, the dialogues feel like they’re just improvising.

This isn’t a guided meditation, it is a podcast

I don’t know why audible is advertising this as a guided meditation - two people talking back and forth and and even giving exercises like ‘write down 7 things’ is not a meditation. Glad at least it didn’t cost anything
