As a coach and psychologist and someone always looking to learn more about human behavior, this was a great listen. I also know a number of friends who have dated or married narcissists, so it was particularly valuable to learn about the mind of a narcissist. This book is an invaluable resource for those looking to break free from narcissistic abuse and embrace their identity as empaths. At the same time, I also appreciate its balanced approach - providing tools for the empaths to help the narcissists effectively without getting hurt while empathizing with them. I highly recommend this book!

Wonderful book for a better relationship

This book is short and easy to consume, yet I found it so helpful. It has tons of practical tips on how to build a better relationship with your partner through more effective communication. I had read a lot of relationship books and still found so many pieces of new and useful information. I especially found the teachings about blame enlightening. When I reflect on my relationship honestly, blame is the one thing that if I did less of, I would have a better relationship with my husband. Also the concept of patience, I knew about the importance of it in other aspects of my life, but now I realize the importance of it in relationships. I'm going to apply a lot of what I learned in this book in my relationship and I'm sure it will yield great results. I highly recommend it!

This audiobook has so much great information about how to create healthy and glowing skin from the inside out. I'm always looking for ways to look and feel my best, so I was really happy to find this audiobook. It is extremely comprehensive yet easy to digest, providing information such as a 4-step skincare routine, how to eat healthy for glowing skin, how to improve circulation, have better sleep, and much more. So many of the suggestions are not only good practices for better skin but good practices for improving general well-being. Highly recommended!

Love these bedtime stories and meditations

I really enjoyed these bedtime stories and the meditations at the end. The narrator's voice is extremely soothing and the stories are interesting. The meditations are great to help put me in a calm state before going to bed. And when I wake up in the middle of the night and need to listen to something to help me fall back asleep, I put these stories on and they're perfect for that. Highly recommended!

Great resource for teens!

Managing one's emotions well, I would argue, is the most important skill one can have. This book does such a good job of teaching teens how to manage their emotions and understand themselves well, skills that would serve them for life. As a coach and psychologist and someone who has many friends and family having teen children, I'm naturally drawn to these kinds of books. Even for someone who works in this field, I learned a lot of valuable lessons. I wish I had resources like this when I was a teen. I highly recommend it for any teen and parents!

Must read for high school and college students!

There is so much valuable information in this book for high school and college students. I didn't have such education in personal finance in high school or college, even though I was an accounting and finance major! I had to sift through many finance books to learn about this information after college to build my financial future. I wish I had a book like this to read in high school. I will give this to my nieces and nephews to read as learning about money and personal financing is so important. Love the lesson on needs vs wants, I just heard about it recently and so glad it's in here for young people to start on the right foot. Highly recommended!

I love everything I learned in this book, it not only gave me so many useful tips on how to increase my concentration but also helps me tremendously to live a better life and become my best self. I love the technique in the chapter on self talk - I knew about the power of affirmations but what this book said about repeating each statement for 10 times and saying 8-10 statements really drove home to me. I'm practicing these not only for concentration-related statements but for general statements I want to manifest in life. I believe affirming them repeatedly will be game changer for me. Thank you Kam Knight for the valuable lessons in this book. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to improve concentration and anyone who wants to improve themselves and their life.

Amazing book!

This is an amazing book not only for anyone who has BDD but for anyone who is looking to increase their well-being. The book is well-written and well-narrated. As a coach and psychologist, I read psychology and personal development books often and I still learned a ton in this book - from doing the values exercise to affirmations to different types of breathwork and even reiki. There is so much that you can implement from this book, and when you do, your life will change for the better. It's an amazing resource for those suffering with BDD and an amazing one even if you're just looking to feel better, improve confidence, and find your true life purpose. I loved the author sharing her experience vulnerably, which is so helpful for anyone else going through anything similar whether it's BDD or other mental health challenges or even anyone who's ever had self-doubt, which is all of us. I couldn't recommend this book more. Thank you!
