Very enjoyable to listen to. Fun muder mystery with a little supernatural flare. With a bit of a twist.

Historia
When Lady Saren defies her father’s command to marry the vicious Lord Khasar, she is sealed in a tower with only her serving maid, Dashti, for company. In their cramped, dark space Dashti pours her thoughts into a daily journal while pitiless solitude engulfs them. At first the girl is optimistic: they have food aplenty, candles for light, and even a visit from Lady Saren’s true love, Khan Tegus - though he can only call to them from outside their walls. But their circumstances soon grow desperate.

Historia
The Witch's Reign...a land of unnatural hellish cold ruled over by the Ice Witch herself, who is in turn guarded by three creatures - Wolf, Bear, and Raven. Those lovely beasts derive their power directly from their mistress and just happen to kill any who cross their paths. To get there, you first must pass through the Dragon's Ground. Full of, you guessed it, dragons who for the record, also do not like trespassers. Sounds like a fun place to go, doesn't it? Yeah, not so much.

Juvenile with adult language
Revisado: 06-06-19
This could have been a really good story if the main character showed signs of growing a backbone. Instead she lets everyone around her use her over and over. A little more back story would have been helpful. More description of the places they traveled through also would have been interesting to read. With so many descriptive words in the English language I really don't think it is necessary to use junior high locker room language. F bombs especially show little imagination in writing. Her use of them didn't make her character appear stronger, it just made her seem more juvenile and stupid.

Historia
Pandora Williams is Nocturne Falls' most successful real estate agent. And least successful witch. Her magic never has the intended outcome, but she's learned to live with that. Mostly. Yes, it sucks, but what can she do? Then a hot new neighbor shows up and suddenly her magic works. Very cool, but very suspect. Especially since he's a total non-believer.
