I never thought about picturing myself winning before a game until I listened to this. The part where Ugg imagined catching the biggest fish and then did it made a lot of sense. I started imagining my routines in gymnastics and I feel more prepared. It’s like my brain already did the move before I actually do it.

There wasn’t a single section that felt like filler. Every topic covered brought something helpful to the table, whether you’re just getting started or revisiting your estate plan. The pace is steady and the structure makes it easy to follow. It’s rare to find a book that’s this packed with useful, relevant content

One of my favorite parts was learning how sloths move deliberately and without waste. I learned that moving intentionally, whether in thought or action, can make life feel more grounded. It's so different from the constant rushing and multitasking I’m used to. Now, I’m getting more conscious of pacing myself, especially during stressful days. I never thought I’d be taking life lessons from a sloth, but here we are.
