My Sleep Got Better

Something I didn’t expect: I started sleeping better after listening to this. I learned that my mind doesn’t have to stay “on” just because the day is over. Best to listen when you are emotionally drained

I’ve used this audiobook on days when I can’t quite explain why I feel off. It gives enough space to just listen and breathe, without adding pressure to “fix” anything. The content is thoughtful but gentle, which makes a difference when you’re running low. Sometimes it just helps to have a softer voice guide you through it. Solid Mental Space to Return To

What I appreciate most is that this is something I can go back to when I need a mental refresh. There’s nothing overwhelming in it. I listen while commuting and it’s helped me build better boundaries with my own thoughts.
