My mom has been trying to loose weight for years and it seemed like nothing would work for her. She never really wanted to take the time to workout or lift weights so when I heard about an audiobook that might work of course I was intrigued. After just a few weeks of her trying it we were both shocked at the results. If you need to loose weight and are just too busy to take time out of your day to workout this is the audiobook for you!

I had a huge problem with loosing weight for years and it seemed like nothing would work. I tried diets, working out, and even a personal trainer but they all seemed to take me no where. Best book for your kid!!!

If your kids are acting up or just need some help on behavior this is the book for you. I have a you girl at the house that has had many outbursts recently that have gotten out of control. I was looking for anything to help me figure out a way to control this sudden anxiety attacks. Thats when I learned about, "DBT Workbook for Kids" which has helped our families in more ways than one. It worked so good with my two year old that I decided to try it with my 4 year old boy. I highly recommended this book for any parents trying to get their kids back on the right track.
