Not only me, but my family have seen the changes in my panic attacks. I still get them every now and then, but, they simply aren’t as frequent, which makes a big difference. If it works for me, I bet it’ll work for you as well. A great purchase on my end.

This audiobook is full of a variety of DBT exercises to improve your wellbeing and mental health. I specifically appreciated the section on intrusive thoughts, since that's a weakness of mine. The 12 week plan is also very helpful to create some structure around it. A great listen that's easy to understand and follow.
