Whoa my calves! Awesome AM workout. 2 min walk warm up the 20 minutes straight of a steady jog. Don’t be scared it was actually easier than expected with a focus on breathing and form. Watch your shoulders make sure to keep them relaxed. Great workout once again.

3 min jog warm up. Be prepared! 1 min sprints max level with 2 min walk recoveries. Last set of sprints is followed by a 3 min jog. Really say myself increasing my sprint speed which was surprising after only 3 workouts. Quick good interval training good AM workout if in a hurry. Let’s see how the rest of the week goes!
