Where is book 4 and 5!
Revisado: 12-18-24
The first 3 have 100% sank their teeth and I can’t wait for books 4 and 5 to get the audio treatment.
This book sets up the bigger story as a whole and I can’t wait to see where it’s going!

Five years ago Corin Cadence's brother entered the Serpent Spire - a colossal tower with ever-shifting rooms, traps, and monsters. Those who survive the spire's trials return home with an attunement: a mark granting the bearer magical powers. According to legend, those few who reach the top of the tower will be granted a boon by the spire's goddess. He never returned. Now it's Corin's turn. He's headed to the top floor, on a mission to meet the goddess.

Harry Potter meets Cradle
Revisado: 10-16-24
Ok the start of this book was a bit rough and I found myself browsing other titles to go to next. But I pushed through and have already bought the next book. The performance was great, the story really picked up and I actually began to like the side characters. I am excited to see where the story goes. Give it a go, and give it some time to really get good.

Historia
When horror-obsessed Riley Lawrence and his group of college friends arrive in the small town of Carousel for their Centennial Celebration, the few decrepit cars parked in the street don’t scare them. But when they enter a locked building, an animatronic usher hands them each a ticket, and the lights dim, Riley realizes they’ve entered the inescapable patchwork of a horror movie set. And they’ve each been assigned an archetype—Scholar, Athlete, Eye Candy, Final Girl—to play out as the curtains rise.

He’s the headmaster of a strange orphanage on a distant and peculiar island, and he hopes to soon be the adoptive father to the six dangerous and magical children who live there. Hate is loud! We are louder!
Revisado: 09-20-24
Everything that Tj Klune writes I fall in love with. I was nervous about starting this book because I have gone down a bit of a syfi rabbit hole, and was not sure I wanted my heart strings strummed at the current time, but decided something different would be good.
I read the first book and loved it but had been years and was not really sure where the story could go.
WOW it was a fun ride and kept finding myself needing to just listen to 5 more minutes every time I tried to stop listening.
To the Anti-jk Rowling, keep doing what you do, the world is a brighter place because of you!

Now she’s facing a crisis that is both bigger and stranger than all that came before: The gleaming new city of Tabula Ra$a is hosting its massive annual music festival, which every year precedes the equally massive annual drunken riot.

Dang it I can’t tell if I want more John or Zoey
Revisado: 11-06-23
I’ve been following this out there since he first did John dies at the end. I’ve picked up the book randomly at the bookstore, open to a random page and read a passage that made me want to buy the book. every one of his books sense I still find a passage that makes me want to go and rebuy all of the books just to support them again!
Some people have given the narrator a hard time on this book I can’t imagine hearing is Zoey and her friends or coworkers, in anyone else’s voice!
I don’t know if this is my favorite in the series of books that Jason has done this is definitely in the top three!

Welcome to Sunder City. The magic is gone, but the monsters remain. I'm Fetch Phillips, just like it says on the window. There are a few things you should know before you hire me: 1. Sobriety costs extra. 2. My services are confidential. 3. I don't work for humans. It's nothing personal - I'm human myself. But after what happened, to the magic, it's not the humans who need my help.

How Lovely to Have the Book read by the Author
Revisado: 03-12-20
Luke Arnold has long been known as a spectacular actor, and what a privilege to have that talent combined with his literary work!
At many points throughout the book, I found myself smiling at a voice or quirk Arnold threw into his reading. This book is FUN. I blazed through listening because the visuals, characters, and story took me on a rich journey.
If you like an antihero, Arnold is serving you Fetch Phillips (his wry protagonist) on a silver platter. He manages to capture all the fantasy tropes we love, and frame it all in a new light. I would highly recommend this book to any reader that gets tired of the heteronormative, cis-centric, romance-focused fantasy that fills shelves. In Sunder City you will find a world of such intriguing characters that you’ll wish you could head right into a sequel.

Historia
Gabriel Delling might call himself a professional con artist, but when walking superstitions start trying to bite his face off, his charm is shockingly unhelpful. It turns out living nightmares almost never appreciate a good joke. Together with a succubus who insists on constantly saving his life, Gabe desperately tries to survive a new reality that suddenly features demons, legends, and a giant locust named Dale - all of whom pretty much hate his guts. And when an ancient horror comes hunting for a spirit locked in his head, Gabe finds himself faced with the excruciating choice between death...or becoming some kind of freaking hero.

Dresden files meet now you see me
Revisado: 02-25-19
Ok that may not be the best description, but what I can tell you is, this was fun.
I have been into “the Dresden files” “iron Druid” “ink heart” “Harry Potter” type books for a long time. This is now up there on my to recommend list.
My biggest hope for this story is that the author keeps doing the audio books as he brings the story the color and emphasis that every part needs.
Josh keep up the great work and I will be referring your books to friends!
