Good story line.
Revisado: 01-24-25
The imagination of the author. And how he wrote it out in script.
The only thing I can say that I didn’t really like was the generated Voice. It would’ve been so much better if it had been a real voice.

Still don’t like Virtual voice
Revisado: 01-07-25
The virtual voice as narrator leaves the whole story flat. The story itself was disappointing. And what happened to the ending?! I am a big fan of Christian novels. The gospel came across but the story line was just too different.

How many F-bombs were there?
Revisado: 06-12-23
Story was interesting and I liked it. BUT oh my goodness how many times can someone use the F-word?? Seriously! And your first book with Logan, he did not swear that much!! He couldn’t finish a sentence without swearing! There are some of us out here, who don’t need to swear, and then choose other words to use. Like in your first book there you were able to find words, other than F this. Now I’m scared to rent another audio book because of the potential of having swearing every other paragraph.
If you have as much swearing in the third book as you have, and the second book, I will return it. I know there’s nothing that you can do now, because all the books are written. But for future reference when you write more books, please keep this in mind. I did like your storyline and I would like to read more, but if you can’t stay away from the swearing like that, then I can’t buy your books. I know he is a policeman, but I had policeman in my family and they didn’t have to swear to get their point across.

Thank you for no sex nor sexual innuendos. Will continue to read the series. Had to stop reading Joy Ellis because she thought it would be good to bring in sex after the Jackman and Evans series.

Disappointed
Revisado: 06-07-23
I have to agree with the review from Laurie. I really liked the Jackman and Evans series. Then I began the Nikki, but stopped after the first book because of the sexual parts. And now I’ve read two of the Ballard, and have found the sexual parts are in this series too. I’m not really sure why you have to have those parts. It doesn’t add to the story at all. And it wouldn’t take away from the story if you didn’t have them. Maybe future books will not include them.

Ok to good
Revisado: 05-22-23
The storyline was good just not as good as a Jackman and Evans series. I do not remember the Jackman and Evan series having so much swearing in it. Plus, I like the narrator way better, in the Jackman& evans series. I don’t know if I’ll use another credit to continue.

Amazing account of Holocaust!!
Revisado: 02-02-23
I truly can say there was nothing I disliked. When I first started reading, I thought I didn’t like that they didn’t have a lot of the main characters dialoguing. But then, as the story went on, I realized this author was giving great background details!
The writing of this account of the Holocaust, and the details given were superb.
I have read many books regarding the holocaust. This one was different but in an eye-opening way. I recommend that you read this if you want to understand what the Jewish people felt and how they thought during the holocaust. It will give you an idea of the horrible depravity of man. But it let you understand what just a word, a gesture and small acts of kindness help those affected by the atrocities of man to keep on living.
This reads as a novel and you just want to keep reading!
