Historia
On June 25, 1973, a seven-year-old girl went missing from the Montana campground where her family was vacationing. Somebody had slit open the back of their tent and snatched her from under their noses. None of them saw or heard anything. Susie Jaeger had vanished into thin air, plucked by a shadow. As days stretched into weeks, and weeks into months, Special Agent Pete Dunbar attended a workshop at FBI Headquarters in Quantico, Virgina, led by two agents who had hatched a radical new idea: What if criminals left a psychological trail that would lead us to them?

The book is good. It gives the reader a detailed picture of day to day life as a secret service agent.
I would have liked some more stories about the Clintons.
Good read, kept my interest and the author Gary Byrnes seems like a good man.

Historia
Barbara Butcher was early in her recovery from alcoholism when she found an unexpected lifeline: a job at the Medical Examiner’s Office in New York City. The second woman ever hired for the role of Death Investigator in Manhattan, she was the first to last more than three months. The work was gritty, demanding, morbid, and sometimes dangerous—and she loved it. In What the Dead Know, she writes with the kind of New York attitude and bravado you might expect from decades in the field, investigating more than 5,500 death scenes, 680 of which were homicides.

Personal life as a medical examiner
Revisado: 10-21-24
This book was very informative. I enjoyed listening to her talk about her job, the way she handles sad situations, working at the 9/11 site and the way she balanced it all.
Her personal battles were something a lot of us can relate to.

Lindsey always knew she wanted to be a detective. Her inspiration came after reading about the murders committed by Ted Bundy, who grew up in her hometown of Tacoma, Washington. Also seared into her memory was the 1986 murder of a young girl who'd been out for a bike ride when she went missing. The teen was later found murdered, but the case was never solved. The senseless killing of an innocent young girl would leave a black cloud over Tacoma for three decades.

Historia
The Kennedy name has long been synonymous with wealth, power, glamor, and—above all else—integrity. But this carefully constructed veneer hides a dark truth: the pattern of Kennedy men physically and psychologically abusing women and girls, leaving a trail of ruin and death in each generation’s wake. Through decades of scandal after scandal—from sexual assaults to reputational slander, suicides to manslaughter—the family and their defenders have kept the Kennedy brand intact.

TRANCE Formation of America was released in 1995 after the 1947 National Security Act was invoked to censor this testimony from the US Congressional Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Oversight. Today TRANCE, now in its 17th English edition, is referenced in major universities and is in law libraries worldwide due to its continued relevance to global events. Knowledge is our first line of defense against mind control, and this book is indeed the truth that makes us free.

The notorious list of people
Revisado: 05-14-24
The book is really interesting. A lot of what she is recalling and telling us is now the same ‘conspiracies’ or rumors of what I’ve heard for years. This book goes into detail and her claims definitely have some teeth. Mark Phillips has done what 99.9% of men in the world will never do. He gave everything up to save a woman and child he did not know. He never questioned his decision he just did it. He is a real life hero.

It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions wondered what Prince William and Prince Harry must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on.

Typical family problems
Revisado: 04-13-24
I like the book a lot, very interesting. The book goes into detail of growing up, his military service, disappointments, family, his brother and then meeting Meghan.
What I gathered from the book was how is how frustrating it can be to ignore blatant lies being said about you but worse for a public figure is everyone reads them and a lot believe them.
It’s amazing to me how all families have the same characteristics. They all violate boundaries, frequent outbursts, talking bad about each other, lack of support, being told your crazy, your opinions and actions cannot differ from theirs, fierce loyalty is expected, guilt, shame and gaslighting are used to maintain the status quo.
What I heard a lot is how hurt he is by his grandmother, his father and brother. These are the three people you should always have as your support, yet they’re always the first to betray.
Charles giving stories to the press on behalf of his wife Camilla’s son, that’s the ultimate betrayal. A father who loves his children does not sacrifice them for his new wife’s son. Period.
William sounds like he’s been enmeshed for ai long he can’t see his brothers point of view. He actually comes off as arrogant.
But the real truth is his jealousy or sibling rivalry of Harry being able to do things he can’t. It’s sad to see a family torn apart from petty jealousies and grievances.
Really I would hope they could enjoy each others company and their nieces and nephews instead of constant bickering and petty wars. It’s such a waste of time.
I would definitely recommend this book. Harry did a good job.
