Eat the rainbow

Great overview and reminders. I’d love if you could weave in more of how the HD design is impacted by what we eat and how it influences us to choose what we eat. Also how do we know if we are eating in response to a gut feeling or a food craving? How can we differentiate between the two?

Would have liked to hear more about the relationship between the different HD types and best ways to eat for that type to support optimum health. Maybe that will be made clear in a future episode.

Very comprehensive coverage of the topic

This is the first book I have listened to after discovering that I am an HSP, so I have nothing to compare it to. I found it very thorough with many actionable steps to help an HSP organize and thrive in life. The language the author employs is quite poetic, so depending on the person, this can either feel expansive or perhaps overwhelming. Personally, I liked it, because it made me pay closer attention to the words and underlying meaning. I would definitely listen to the book again and intend to purchase it so that I can highlight specific topics that resonated with me. Well done!
