Historia
Lily hasn’t always had it easy, but that’s never stopped her from working hard for the life she wants. She’s come a long way from the small town where she grew up—she graduated from college, moved to Boston, and started her own business. And when she feels a spark with a gorgeous neurosurgeon named Ryle Kincaid, everything in Lily’s life seems too good to be true.

So well written. I felt all the feels and absolutely loved the resolution. It’s rare that the right choices are made over love.

Don't let the title fool you. This isn't a book about high fiving everyone else in your life. You're already doing that. Cheering for your favorite teams. Celebrating your friends. Supporting the people you love as they go after what they want in life. Imagine if you gave that same love and encouragement to yourself. Or even better, you made it a daily habit. You'd be unstoppable. In this book, Mel teaches you how to start high fiving the most important person in your life, the one who is staring back at you in the mirror: YOURSELF.

Life just doesn’t have to be that hard
Revisado: 06-22-22
Mel Robbins proves to us that the statement is true. Life just doesn’t have to be that hard. She will guide you teach you and ever tough love you to learn this.
I wish I knew Mel personally. We would laugh at life together, call bullshit on each other when need be and just be happier people. Thanks for leaving on the “f” bombs. Sometimes that is really needed.
Well worth the listen. You’ll be glad you did.

What a great book! It helps you see where your faults are and your strengths. It goes on to share how to change your mindset and take action to improve in business and in your home life.
I highly recommend this book. I will be rereading it again. So many great points that will help you to be the best employee, employer, mate, friend and parent.
