Historia
When Rory Wiltz inherits her grandmother's house and shop, she sees it as a sign to move back to her hometown of Hazelville, Ohio. She convinces her best friend Scott to come with her, not knowing what awaits for them there. Rory is in over her head, but with the help of her mystery-loving friend Scott and her witchy cousin Rhi, she's determined to ...

I didn’t like the virtual voice. There was very little variation in the tone of the voice which detracted from the story

The “Virtual Voice” narration was tedious.

Liked the characters … they were interesting and made listening to the story compelling. Overall I liked the story but disliked the AI narrator.

It is funny the 1st time I read this book I was okay that was good. But each reread/relisten I love it more and more. The narrator is good but the story is amazing.

Hard to follow
Revisado: 11-03-21
I have been listening to this genre for a few months - society woman gets involved in investigations into murder , teams up with man with connections to society or is a member, they solve the crime. This story took awhile to get going and then meandered all over the place.

Compelling mystery
Revisado: 04-20-21
I chose this book because it had good reviews. The story is compelling with several teists. The kind of story you think about when not reading or listening to it. There are some disturbing twists/scenes in this book. The performances are very good .

Razer’s and beth
Revisado: 12-06-19
This is one of my favorite Last Rider books. I was disappointed with the narrators. The voices were all very similar so donetimes it was hard to distinguish which character was speaking. My biggest objection is the male voices - they sound like a woman trying to do a man’s voice. The Last Rider’s should have deeper voices in my opinion m.
