Beth Cornett is the town good girl, so staying out of the way of the motorcycle club's dangerous members is a no-brainer. Unfortunately, Beth manages to catch the eye of Razer, who has every intention of tempting her despite her misgivings. This is the first book in the last riders series. Read the book when it first came out. Needless to say I was hooked. I own and have read them several times. If you want to laugh, cry and can't wait to read the next book this is the. Series for you.

I liked everything about this book other than the main characters. Beth had a rough upbringing, but she put up with way too much crap from Razor. The narration was OK. Beth's voice was super annoying but Razor's wasn't bad.

Liked book when I wasn't irritated

I'm surprised I liked this. the reviews spoke of cheating, brash men, selfish hero and passive heroine. I really like Beth. I understood her innocence, her naivete, her loving heart and the way she took care of everyone. It had cringeworthy moments because Riazor was a typical man. Selfish, uncompromising, a whore and self absorbed. His growth to love and compromise for Beth was natural and believable. Pulled at my heartstrings. And discovering the snitches within the club added excitement to this story. enjoyed it!

omg, I really love this story. I started this morning I couldn't put it down. The narrative was very good and pull me into the story. Love it, Thanks for keeping me on my toe's.

This is one of my favorite books of all time! I read the paper back and decided to get the audible book and whole man is it AMAZING!

honestly pretty much every other mc book. but beside that every book has its own good thing. and I really love mc books

this was the first. most definitely will listen to all the others. first book I ever listen to straight through

Definitely took me by surprise.
Great pace.
Dark moments but so appropriate to the storyline.
Beth enraptured me.
Love her spunk.
I cheat and usually check out the ending and the wrap up of this story still surprised me.
Because the story continually onfolds.
That's my litmus test for a good book..if you read the ending and still want to know how it gets there then it's good.
Now on to Book 2. Can't wait to see what this cast of characters is up to next.

story was good but the narration was in monotone with little to no emotion. with a different narrator, I think I would have enjoyed the story more.
