Noelle Oliver is an avid advocate for healthy living, a yoga enthusiast and a self-taught nutritionist. She is passionate when it comes to cooking and is delighted when people enjoy her food and praises her culinary skills. In Noelle’s growing up years, She loves to follow her mom to the market and wonder what are those colorful fruits and vegetables especially the reds. It was her first taste of chilies. Noelle starts experiment cooking under the guidance of her granny and her secret recipes. She grew up as an accomplished chef in her very own way. She works with various nutritionists and sport clients who need customized diets for their daily nutrition intakes and rigorous training schedule. All these years of knowledge have proved useful for Noelle to develop wholesome, nutrition and healthy recipes for kids, family, couples and busy professionals. One of her favorite meal is super-food salad. It is quick and easy to prepare and full of nutritional values to jumpstart the day. Many of her recipes including some of her granny’s secret recipes (improved healthier version) can be found throughout her books. In her spare time, Noelle loves to cuddle and play with her adorable cat, Minky. She likes to explore the world, read her favorite novels, experimenting on the next recipe and realize one of her dreams as an author with series of bestseller books.
