Brett DiNovi & Associates (BDA) deploys over 600 consultants in more than 300 schools/organizations serving NJ, NY, DE, PA, ME, FL, California, & internationally through the use of remote video consultation. Brett cares most about people being happy at work & going home to make THEIR families happy. He has devoted almost 30 years to using behavioral science to accomplish his dream of people working because they WANT to NOT HAVE to. Brett strives every day to help people feel SAFE by using positive reinforcement to lead people so they can be creative, innovative, and push limits with discretionary effort to change the world. Brett strives for all behavioral scientists & practitioners to unite (as oppose to divide into fragmented groups) and tackle worldwide social problems such as matters related to government, education, industry, & societal injustices at large. Brett wants behavioral science to be disseminated in user-friendly ways so that people outside the small world of applied behavior analysis (ABA) can be inspired to study and practice it.
