Publisher's summary

Lowell Hemming is stuck.

Grounded from his job, this werewolf is pulling his hair out being back in his small hometown. The first Hemming to leave Cambric Creek, he's feeling the pressure from his mother to move back home, is chafed by his family name, and hasn't gotten laid in months. When he picks up an intriguingly worded flyer, he hopes that his boredom is about to come to an end.

For the first time in her life, Moriah has an open door of possibility before her. Recently divorced, she's free to do what she's always wanted. There's only one thing holding her back—the desire to have a child.

Moon Blooded Breeding Clinic offers a unique service—trigger a heat and breed with a werewolf.

When Moriah picks a handsome werewolf out of a catalog, it seems as easy as buying a pair of shoes. She doesn't count on liking him.

When Lowell gets the call that he's been chosen, all he's looking forward to is scratching a physical itch. Catching feelings is not part of the contract. But when he meets the gorgeous redhead who's picked him, walking away from her after he's fulfilled his end of the contract is harder than he thought.

Contains mature themes.

The voice actors get better

At first I genuinely thought that the female voice actor might be virtual voice. To the point where I was starting to get annoyed that someone's real name was listed when it was virtual voice. The narration picks up and it's real people. It gets good but I was skeptical at first. I would stay stick with it past the first 30 minutes.

Cm Nascosta

I love her books so much. I genuinely think she could write about anything and I would eat it up like candy. This series of books is so cozy. I can not praise these books enough.

Loved the ending

The story wasn’t super up my alley but I loved the smut. And the ending was great. Also, yay for therapy rep!

Good but…

The story was good & kept my attention. The only thing that the book is missing is an epilogue. All of the books in this series are missing epilogues. The boos feel like they just stop at the end and not appropriately wrapped up. I would love to know what happens years later in all of their lives.

Well Written

I've enjoyed all of the creek books, and was really exited for this one. I was disappointed with the points wheret Lowell made a big part of his personality that he was childlike to the point where he was "just a baby" and "three toddlers in a trenchcoat" it made it very icky when trying to enjoy the sexy parts of the book, Moriah describing him as "baby boy" or thinking about in detail about how her future children's faces would look mid coitus was also kind of ick. I do really enjoy Nascosta's writing style but was not the biggest fan of this one.

Meh

Okay I loved Morning Glory Milking Farm and Sweet Berries was decent. This one dragged on fur-ever. I loved the dynamic between to two love interests but the whole ‘good boy’ thing was not for me

Loved it

I read this story on Kindle & pounced on it when it came out in audible form. Sometimes I’m disappointed with narrations after having read a story for a variety of reasons. I very much enjoyed both narrators’ performances. And of course the story was spicy & sweet!

Light and Fun

I loved the back and forth POV but especially the fresh take from the male perspective. Characters were well fleshed out and such a fun read.

Lowell is Insufferable.

Lowell is the most selfish, hypocritical, childish male protagonist I’ve ever listened to. I understand that there is a population of women who like to be the top and care for their male bottom and call them “good boy” and see their childish behaviors as adorable, and maybe it’s just not for me. But ultimately I could not finish this, even after hanging on to get to the spice to see if things changed. I really wanted to love this book, especially since I identify and relate to the fertility storyline, but god I couldn’t stand Lowell.
