There are only a few things Mila is afraid of. Most are pretty common fears, but there is one that sets her apart from those around her. The fear of a secret. Her power continues to grow as not only the threat of King, but John Baker, looms over them.

Mila has lost everything - including her mother and a limb - leaving her to wonder about her destiny as their salvation and the newfound leader of the rebellion after her mother's passing.
