In today’s episode of The Enterprise Doctor Business Show, my guest is Kasia Szczechowicz, General Manager of the Hampton by Hilton at Handy Cross, near High Wycombe, and also Regional Operations Manager for Legacy Hotels and Resorts.

Hampton by Hilton, High Wycombe was opened in June 2021 as a new build 150 bedroom hotel. With easy access from the M40 and links to the A404/M4 this hotel with ample and convenient parking has become a significant force in the region.

After talking through Kasia professional route to her current two positions, before talking about her views on what makes a good leader.

Those views have validity as she recently won the award given by Investor in People for Leader of the Year – a prestigious award from a prestigious organisation!
