Over the past couple of years, Trevor and Kayla have gone from dating, to engaged, to married, and running has been a part of that journey the whole way. Kayla would be training for marathons with Trevor on the bike supporting, when he though he could get in on this "running thing" too. Fast Forward, they are acomplishing amazing goals and they share in the joy.

They have also embedded themselves in the Hampton Roads running community, and have become stables at many of the events in the area. They aren't just running, but can be seen out cheering folks on and helping to lift up community.
