  • Confidence, Self Belief and Entrepreneurship with Sophia Lorraine
    Feb 17 2025

Welcome to the conversation with coach Sophia Lorraine, where we dive into self-love, confidence, and transformation. And what better guest on Valentine’s Day than Sophia, a self-love coach helping women reclaim their worth and build fulfilling lives?

Sophia is an entrepreneur and coach, as well as a single mother of three. She supports women facing low self-esteem, confidence struggles, or recovering from toxic relationships. Her mission? To help them rediscover their self-worth and create businesses that align with their dreams and family life.

Her coaching journey began with her own struggles. After a traumatic divorce, losing multiple income streams in 24 hours, and facing uncertainty, Sophia took control of her future. Initially exploring property investment, she soon realized her confidence and self-belief were lacking. A chance encounter with a self-worth workshop changed everything—igniting a transformation that led her to invest in healing, step into her power, and help others do the same.

In our conversation, Sophia shares how confidence fuels manifestation, growth, and financial independence. She explains how limiting beliefs—often formed in childhood—shape our reality and how shifting them unlocks new opportunities. Through Belief Coding and Manifestation coaching, she has helped women overcome self-doubt and take bold steps toward their dreams.

Her impact doesn’t stop there. Sophia is also an author, contributing to an upcoming book featuring 10 inspirational women who have overcome adversity to build empowered lives. Additionally, she has expanded her passion for confidence-building into dance. Through her franchise, she fosters self-esteem in young dancers and mentors aspiring instructors, helping them turn their passion into a business.

From healing to entrepreneurship, Sophia’s story proves the power of mindset shifts and intentional action. Whether you're a single parent seeking financial freedom, someone battling self-doubt, or simply curious about self-love, this episode is not to be missed.

    Be ready to be inspired.

Let’s dive into this powerful conversation with Sophia.

  • A Conversation with the Man Devoted to Helping Orphans in East Uganda
    Jan 20 2025

Welcome to the first episode of the New Year! I’m thrilled to kick off 2025 by sharing an inspiring story from Uganda. A very different, and a very important entrepreneurial conversation.

And yes we struggled with the Internet connection, but this conversation is too important not to publish. Please be patient as you listen in.

In today’s episode, we’re joined by Mwanda Abel, a secondary school teacher and the founder of St. Kizito Hope for Orphans, a non-profit making a profound impact in the Eastern region of Uganda.

Through the positive side of social media Mawanda and I met a few years back and I've been following his incredible work helping hundreds of children who are fed, educated and supported by him and his team.

This is a story of a whole community coming together to help - from the ladies making the clothes for the children, from growing food, getting international support and interest - to the everyday support for the children in their care.

Mwanda is doing incredible work, providing education, shelter, and a brighter future for vulnerable children through his orphanage and school support. From nursery to secondary education, the children not only receive schooling, but also essential support to help them graduate and build better lives.

But the need is urgent. With 208 children in one school alone and 65 older kids in the orphanage, it's a massive task.

In this episode, Mwanda shares his journey, the challenges, and how we can all make a difference. Whether it’s through sponsoring a child, donating, or simply spreading the word, every bit helps.

This is a heartfelt conversation and learn more about how we can support St. Kizito Hope for Orphans and transform lives, one child at a time.

    Dec 9 2024

Welcome to this episode! I’m thrilled to introduce, Dr. Mark Deeks – speaker, teacher, and performer with an incredible background spanning over 25 years in the music industry. And, a Heavy Metal aficionado, of course.
