Sophia is an entrepreneur and coach, as well as a single mother of three. She supports women facing low self-esteem, confidence struggles, or recovering from toxic relationships. Her mission? To help them rediscover their self-worth and create businesses that align with their dreams and family life.

Her coaching journey began with her own struggles. After a traumatic divorce, losing multiple income streams in 24 hours, and facing uncertainty, Sophia took control of her future. Initially exploring property investment, she soon realized her confidence and self-belief were lacking. A chance encounter with a self-worth workshop changed everything—igniting a transformation that led her to invest in healing, step into her power, and help others do the same.

In our conversation, Sophia shares how confidence fuels manifestation, growth, and financial independence. She explains how limiting beliefs—often formed in childhood—shape our reality and how shifting them unlocks new opportunities. Through Belief Coding and Manifestation coaching, she has helped women overcome self-doubt and take bold steps toward their dreams.

Additionally, she has expanded her passion for confidence-building into dance.
