We are continuing in our Letter to Leaders series. Last week, we covered that each of us are called to be leaders. This week Ryan is taking us through why leaders need led. Our three points are:

1. Look for a local church.
2. Examine the elders carefully.
3. Draw from your leaders.

We are back! Thank you all for supporting us by listening wherever you find your podcasts in 2024! We are so excited to kick off our new message series: A Letter to Leaders, where Ryan is going to take us through Paul's letter to Titus. His three points this week are:

1. God has called you to lead
2. Good leaders serve first
3. Good leaders are gospel centered

In this holiday season, you will get opportunities to share your faith. Sometimes, you will have a great, comfortable conversations and other times you won't. You could tell that they weren't comfortable or maybe that they just weren't going to listen to what you have to share. That is going to happen. Ryan is going to take us through three points that highlight how we should respond in those situations.

1. Praise God in Persecution.
2. Patiently await God's perfect timing.
3. Pursue people persistently.

We are headed into the holiday season! This week, Ryan Hughes, Senior Pastor at FBC Macks Creek in Southern Missouri is covering with us what preparation and strategy looks like when we share the Gospel with our friends and family this holiday season. His points are:

1. Know yourself.
2. Know your people.
3. Know the bridge.
4. Know the Gospel.

We are headed into the holiday season! We have people we are looking forward to catching up with... and maybe others that we aren't. We get that. But, we have a topic that you can share with both of those people: The Gospel of Jesus Christ! Ryan covers these three topics this week:

1. Witnessing requires preparation.
2. Witnessing has different presentations.
3. Witnessing relies on God's intervention.

We have an exciting episode for you! We took the opportunity to answer questions from the members of the Fold, inviting some great leaders to share biblical insights and wisdom with the young adults here in Saint Joseph.

We have seen over Exodus, the Israelites continue to show our sinful tendencies. We have an interesting perspective on how they have acted through our Exodus series. "How did they fall for that?" is a constant stance we take when we see large groups of people blatantly disobeying God. But we are wrapping up how we can turn that perspective back at ourselves and our sinful nature.

Ryan takes us through these three points:

1. Everyone worships something.
2. Exclusive worship is essential.
3. Jesus intercedes for you.

God says that he will provide in our every need. But it doesn't always feel that way. You may not get that car one day, or that house, or that relationship. So we ask "You say you provide, but I don't have ___". Ryan takes us through that sort of thinking and how we can recognize in all of the ways God has provided for us.

1. Delight in God's delivery.
2. Depend on God daily.
3. Do what God directs.
