On February 13, 2024, a man received a call from his grandchildren's school informing him that their mother, Kristina Joksimovic, a former Miss Switzerland finalist, had failed to pick them up. After collecting the children and bringing them back to their home, he searched the house for clues as to his daughter's whereabouts, and found a large black garbage bag in the basement laundry room. Trembling, he peeled back the plastic to make an absolutely gruesome discovery: Kristina’s signature cascade of golden blonde hair, still attached to her severed head. The horrifying sight raised countless questions, most hauntingly: What had happened to his beautiful daughter, and where was the rest of Kristina? The answers would soon reveal themselves in a manner that shocked and horrified the world. Because parts of Kristina’s remains were discovered soaking in a chemical solution, while others, devastatingly, had been pureed in a kitchen blender. Hansen would lure vulnerable women to his remote cabin and engage in a sadistic ritual, which involved hunting them down like defenseless prey in the vast Alaskan wilderness. Often, in a particularly cruel twist, he would release his ensnared victims just to chase them through the woods with a rifle, savoring the hunt and inflicting maximum psychological torment. Hansen's horrific legacy left at least 17 innocent victims buried beneath the cold Alaskan earth, their tragic fates sealed by his sick ambition. Love it already

A friend recommended this podcast to me a few weeks ago...finally decided to listen on my 1hr commute home at 2am in the morning. Rocked my socks! Perfect mix of "Haha" and "Oh, shit!" Love that they cover the grit of the cases. Brooke and Tanks chemistry and history between one another is awesome and genuine! Racing to get through more episodes.

Feed me. F*ck me. Psychopedia me.

Absolutely binge worthy. I love this podcast. I'm an avid true crime fanatic. Normally, I would have to take breaks from the constant "doom & gloom". However, Tank brings his well informed levity while Investigator Slayer drops her wicked case bombs with her intellectually vicious rhetoric. The combination is refreshing. entertaining and hilarious. It means I NEVER have to stop listening. EVER. Keep it up. You guys ring my bell every time!

Fantabulous!!

I love this podcast. I love how Investigator Slater kind of teaches when she goes over the case., while Tank asks the same questions that go through my mind while listening. it's interesting, funny, kind of educational, very well rounded.

little side not for Tank. I recently had a friend say to me she thinks I could drink (sober 2 years now and I am the best version of my self!) I went along with what she was saying. then later she tried passing me her drink. I had to ask "is this alcohol? " i almost just grabbed and sipped outta reflects. but it hit me she didn't understand... and I replayed your conversation with investigator Slater. where she didn't understand. But new you and your struggle. this moment comforted me and kept me on a path that some drinkers just can't fathom. it won't stop there and there isn't enough booze once activated.

so thank you.
