CONSISTENT by Primal Potential

By: Elizabeth Benton
  • Summary

  • Why are we so stressed & overwhelmed? Why do we have clear & compelling goals but fail to reach them? How can we want to change so desperately yet make choices that keep us from that change? Because we keep focusing on the habits we want instead of building the skill of consistency that allows us to achieve them. Consistency is a skill. It's a superpower. It isn't one-size-fits all. It unlocks any door and makes every goal achievable. A more effective, realistic approach starts here.

Long time listener! Best podcast ever

I've been listening to Elizabeth of the Primal Potential for a year and a half, and this is by far my favorite podcast and the only one I listen to religiously. She's done an amazing job helping me shift my mindset on food, my thoughts and my communication overall.

In regards to health and wellness, I VERY much enjoy the science backed information she provides & I LOVE her analogies 💖 Her stories are also incredibly relatable with a call to action!

I just love Elizabeth!

I first found Elizabeth with Chasing Cupcakes and was hooked. She’s so honest and relatable. Tools for the trenches is an unbelievably well told. She really shares her story so beautifully. I can’t believe it has taken me this long to find the podcast but I’m hooked!

Simple but impactful

I struggle with weight, finances, and relationships. Elizabeth broke it down into a simple way to help me. Her podcasts are always full of helpful information, but the example with the penny really connected with me.

part of my everyday

I first heard about Elizabeth Benson in my Weight Watchers meetings when everyone was talking about her first book Chasing cupcakes. I found it to be incredibly motivational and since then have learned exponentially from the podcast. I love the new consistency 365 series and listening to something from Elizabeth has become part of my daily consistency routine
