He also did regional marketing, destination marketing, brand & revenue stewardship for Las Vegas Sands Corporation, Adidas and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Did Eric have to make a quantum leap in order to sink his hands into F&B as an entrepreneur? Or was it more of a natural progression to venture into this business?
