"Why, do I need to feel them, Lucy? " Because our emotions is enegy in motion, and be you feeling themv, you heal them, and transfomrm you entire life. If you are finding you are attracting the same patterns in your life? Are doing all the mindset work, truth is 80% are our trauma and or limiting beliefs is stored in our bodies. Yoh have to feel, my friend to heal.
I also talk about the impact of triggers on emotional health and the necessity of scheduling time for emotional processing for even the 'busiest of bees. The reality is, that we all have a lot going on, and being busy is a trauma response, a way to prevent ourselves from feeling. Trust me, once you start to feel, your life transforms.
