Later Preston and Jason talk about his presence as a recruiter for the Cavaliers in the transfer portal from social media to hosting visits to AI Tony Elliott GIFS.

    Then Jason analyzes how the defensive line room stacks up with five new additions. He breaks down what the extra depth does for Virginia, the need to create more pressure on the quarterback and the potential for the unit.

  • Play Ball: UVA Baseball Season Preview

    Opening weekend is finally upon us for college baseball season, so Preston is joined by Greg Madia from the Daily Progress and Monty Taylor from College Baseball Central for a deep-dive season preview into UVA baseball.

    The last time the guys were altogether was at the College World Series, so they discuss if it is Omaha-plus or bust for a talented and experienced Virginia team this season. Then they pick through the Cavaliers' schedule to pick out some intriguing ACC weekends and talk about one of the more challenging non-conference schedule for UVA in a few years.

    Later Preston, Greg and Monty walk through the UVA lineup position-by-position to see who will start and the most likely order for a dangerous Virginia offense. Then they shift their focus to the pitching staff with a few roles up for grabs and a lot of candidates. Finally, they give their preseason predictions for stat leaders, MVPs and how far will the Cavaliers go this year.
