This week we delve into Quantum-Touch Energy Healing with advanced instructor Karina Grant. Quantum-Touch uses very specific breathing techniques and body awareness exercises to raise energy levels, with powerful results. We also discuss 'permissioning' as a tool to regulate our nervous systems and reduce stress and anxiety.

Karina is England’s advanced instructor for Quantum-Touch, and mentors new practitioners and instructors. She has trained people from The World Health Organisation, and given talks in huge organisation around the world. Karina also delivers Permissioning and Transformation™ trainings, which includes the Permission to Reset™ your Nervous System program, which was such a success with nurses, that it now counts towards Continous Professional Develpment points for nurses and midwives. She taught these techniques to many key workers during the first lockdown and is a member of The British Holistic Medical Association and The College of Medicine.

Gwen and Kate then go on one of Karina's workshops and share their first experiences of Quantum Touch.
