  • Welcome to "Desire to Thrive", my podcast where I take you with me on my journey to building a business as a working mum. I share with you the lessons, the wins, the stories and especially the challenges.

    To be completely honest, I started this podcast as a challenge to help me get better at speaking and get comfortable with being in and sharing my truth. And let me tell you, it has been an interesting journey but I am so glad I started it.

    I started my coaching because I wanted to help others the way coaching has helped me - getting out of my own way.

    In my 9 - 5 career, I have been so lucky to coach so many individuals to help them perform their best in their line of work. In 2018, I decided that I wanted to help people do that in their lives as well. In 2022, I decided to go give it my all to see what I can create through my business - so you're joining me right in the middle of my journey. Welcome to the ride!

    I hope this little corner of the podcast world will empower you to take control of your own vision for your future and encourage you in times of growth and energetic upgrades.

    Hello beautiful humans, I turned 37! 3 years to the big 4-0. I had a momentary panic when I realised that I am closer to 40 than I am to 30. After the moment passed, I reflected on where I am, where I've been and how I got here and truthfully, I am so happy. Am I where I want be? Nope, but I am only getting started.
