Ideal space would be a 10x10 area, inside or outside. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: a 6-sided rolling die Story: You are a barbarian who’s been captured by Drek the Keeper, a dark-elf who runs blackmarket entertainment for the wealthy. She has thrown you into her “menagerie” where you’ll face 10 rounds of the most vicious monsters of her collection. To win freedom you must survive every round! List of Exercises: Round 1: stretches R2: jumping jacks or high knees R3: squats or front-leg lunges R4: push-ups vs spiderman push-ups R5: standard burpees R6: calf-raises or tricep-dips R7: plank vs wall-sits R8: one-legged push-ups or fly-away push-ups R9: sit-ups vs x-ups R10: mountain climbers, jumping jacks, squats, lunges, sit-ups, push-ups Ending: full-body burpees (with push-up and bottom and tuck-jump at the top) This should be an intense workout, even for those more experienced. If you are new to fitness, go easy and enter the exercises at whatever level feels safe and healthy.
