This actually helped me, it works!!!!!
Have you been trying to quit forever and just can't do it? I get it, I was like that too. Check this audiobook out, it REALLY helped. I haven't had a cigarette in almost 2 weeks and I am not obsessing over them anymore; it s a different life! My mindset is completely different and I am focused on healthy things and moving forward, I love it!
