About this listen
Licensed Clinical Social worker Hayley Kaplan understands codependency firsthand. In this workbook, she shares heartfelt, insightful excerpts from her memoir to assist others in their healing journeys.
Each chapter is aimed at increasing your understanding, so you recognize that codependency, like other behaviors, is learned—and therefore can be changed.
You’ll work towards building confidence and creating new, healthier habits through self-reflection exercises that will help you detect dysfunctional patterns and correct any maladaptive behaviors.
Once you’ve been given the tools for developing your self-awareness, assertiveness, and boundary-setting skills, you’ll discover that true healing starts with you.
Whether you’re seeking better self-esteem, better relationships, better strategies, or just better results; you’ll be relieved to know that better is the goal of this workbook.
Hayley Kaplan is a counselor, public speaker, and community workshop leader, who draws on her unique personal and professional wisdom in her work with individuals, couples, and families.
