Great way to get motivated into working out

I wasn't going to go to the gym this week, but I ended up going 5 times. It's not usual for me and I understand that listening to this audio gets me thinking about exercising, and then I want to exercise! Do yourself a favor, put your gym clothes out the night before, set your alarm, and then play this in the morning. You'll want to work out. You will work out. ;)

Great

It’s great until I got to chapter 3 & 4 where he’s talking but there’s a static sound which completely goes over his voice and can’t hear or understand anything he’s saying. Sounds like a big Water fall yet it’s not. Chapter 2 (that I was able to hear) was great! Very motivating and inspiring to want to get up and really go workout or really anything in my day. Just unfortunate to not be able to hear the two other chapters that’s why I gave it 3 Stars.

The Best

The best for finding motivation to work out. Needed to hear it a few times this week and it helped get me into the gym. Exercise is so important, thanks for making something that helps make the mental process of it all a little easier.

Great addition to my motivation collection

What did you love best about Workout Motivation?

I loved the motivation factor is provided. It's a very fast way to remind you why you need and should want to work out in the first place. Sometimes I stop it mid-track and just go workout. It's effective for me and has helped me stay on routine more times than I can count now.

Have you listened to any of Jason Kappus’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

The narration is very well done and can be listened to multiple times without getting bored of the narrator's performance.

Motivating and for everyday use

If you could sum up Workout Motivation in three words, what would they be?

Inspiring, motivating, positive

Any additional comments?

This collection of meditation has positive undertones and an inspiring message. I listen to it daily and not in order. It's helpful for those days when I just need that extra push to get me going on a walk, to the gym, or just do yoga in my living room while everyone is still asleep. I love this extra motivation and am happy to have found it.

Wonderful!

What did you learn from Workout Motivation that you would use in your daily life?

What a fun and fast way to get motivated. This is definitely a bit of a mind hack, going from not wanting to work out to craving it like that. Fantastic!

issue with book or something

annoying static sound through chapter 3 n 4. can't hear author. want my money back!!
