A very profound impact on me.

This was good audio, had a very profound impact on me, and teaches you coping skills with dealing with ADHD in relationships and life with this plague of ADHD as an adult.

Great info!

So much good information on the ADHD and it’s function. The ADHD affects all kind of moods, including depression and anxiety. The exercises included are simple to do.
