About this listen

The number one international best seller!

A timeless business classic, Who Moved My Cheese? uses a simple parable to reveal profound truths about dealing with change so that you can enjoy less stress and more success in your work and in your life.

It would be all so easy if you had a map to the Maze.
If the same old routines worked.
If they'd just stop moving "The Cheese."
But things keep changing...

Most people are fearful of change, both personal and professional, because they don't have any control over how or when it happens to them. Since change happens either to the individual or by the individual, Dr. Spencer Johnson, the co-author of the multimillion best seller The One Minute Manager, uses a deceptively simple story to show that when it comes to living in a rapidly changing world, what matters most is your attitude.

Exploring a simple way to take the fear and anxiety out of managing the future, Who Moved My Cheese? can help you discover how to anticipate, acknowledge, and accept change in order to have a positive impact on your job, your relationships, and every aspect of your life.

Encouraging Book About Change

So much optimism within about dealing with and going through change. Let's face it, the older we get, the more likely we've had to deal with some serious change in our lives.

My father recommended this book to me over 15 years ago and I'm just now getting around to listening to it. I can't wait to share with him how this book has changed my view on life and in work!

Quick Listen

I enjoyed this. My favorite part was listening to the author explain how he came about writing this book. I may need to listen again because the tale of the mice was a little hard for me to stay focused on. I kept trying to convert the "work-life" position into "personal-life" examples which was a tad challenging. Hence, losing focus. It is such a short book which makes it totally worth it if you don't have a ton of time or if you have 5 books in queue. The only reason it is not 5 stars for me is that I wish it included more examples for personal relationships.

simply good

it is very simple straight forward open mind book which talks about expecting change and be prepared for it while there are signs.
the book makes you think which one of the four characters are you and then focus on the one which won't accept it and feels he is the victim.
i recommend reading this short book but has deep meaning to it
