80’s paradigm

The same old, out dated mantra of “fat is evil, “too much protein is bad for you”, and “carbs are most important macro”. The absolute worst diet and fitness book I have ever read or listened to. A big waste of $20. Perfect if you like dry chicken breasts and egg whites.
