About this listen

It was supposed to be a fun weekend away. But it all went wrong . . .

When three women head to Portugal for a long weekend in the sun, the goal is to celebrate an upcoming wedding. Jane is getting married, and Angela and Maya want to give her a good time before she does. But the carefree getaway soon goes awry, and by the time the friends board their flight home, they are all carrying a terrible secret. It's one that could ruin each of their lives, which is why they make their pact—they agree to tell no one else what happened while they were away.

As long as they can do that, they should be fine. That is until somebody else threatens to share their secret, a dangerous third party who the friends cannot risk underestimating. That's why they need to make another plan. And they need to do it fast before they lose everything that they have worked so hard to have at home . . .

Friends. Secrets. And one shocking conclusion . . .

A fast-paced psychological thriller from the bestselling author of The Couple At Table Six, Til Death Do Us Part, and the UK #1 The Passenger.

Fun listen

Daniel Hurst books aren't deep or groundbreaking, but they are fun to listen to for me. I had just tried a couple of books I sincerely hated and I knew he wouldn't disappoint.

Good summer listen. Great twist...I did not see it coming. I enjoyed the narrators voices and the story line.

Couldn’t finish it - disappointing

Cliche women making predictable stupid decisions, which might have been okay with better writing. Again just disappointing

Another good one

This one left me in the wow zone! I didn’t even see that ending coming. Liked all three main characters. I enjoyed how each woman spoke from her own point of view. Such a wonderful listen.
