really stupid music choices

I'm only at the second day but if I get more of the discord in today's audio I'll quit.
The problem is that on the second day they switch from instrumental music to vocal music and the second layer of voices competes with the trainer and drowns her out. It's like having two people talking to you at the same time, saying different things, so that you have no idea what either one of them is saying.
In all fairness, the music is pretty bad anyway, but when it is instrumental only and at a lower background level it is easy to listen to the trainer and ignore everything about the music except the beat. But when it is vocal music as loud as the trainer it is just cacauphony. l missed several instructions to change the speed and incline because I couldn't hear the trainer's words.
In addition, when the trainer pauses, the music argues with her. She says, "you can do this," and the singers say, "no, no, no." She says, "you're doing great," and the singers say, "I don't want to." Things like that happen over and over again.
It is a shame that this good idea is being ruined by a simple but stupid editing choice.

Too short to be worth a credit

Too short to be worth the audible credit I payed, this is not a book, it is a sniper and we should not have to pay for a sample

Perspective changing

This book is so insightful and helpful. I will re-listen to this book again and again in order to get it right. I want to heal. This book has given me the right tools and words of encouragement I needed.

Again a basic common sense book to keep people on track

It’s a term that’s thrown around as much as narcissism is. Most people don’t really know what codependency is, if they tend towards it or not and why. A helpful read for the majority of the population. Understanding yourself and others and how to work with what you’ve got is a good thing. I wouldn’t even call this a self help book. It’s more about life and challenges and resilience and healthy boundaries. It’s a decent compass to employ.

Do it!!!

I can't believe I did it!! I could barely make it through the 30 seconds of jogging on the first day, and I was able to run a little over a mile without stopping by the end of it! Jamie is so genuine and encouraging that I really felt like she was right there with me the whole time! thank you!!!

Ran my first mile ever thanks to Jaime!

I am so glad I didn't read any of the reviews before downloading and executing this program. I love Jaime's energy and real time coaching during the workouts - very motivating and helped me achieve all the program was intended to - running 1 mile (all at once) on the last day.

This mile, was my first mile run ever. I made it without passing out or cramping up or giving up.

I recommend this for anyone who knows they can do it with the right motivation and plan.

I only used this on a mobile device, so I don't know whether or not you can use it on a computer. Not sure why you'd want to do that since the workouts are often outdoors or on treadmills.

Can't wait to do more of these workout programs with Jaime and Aaptiv.

Just what I needed.

My goal is to get back to optimum health, but at 65, running didn't seem an option. After the first workout, with no pressure, just some suggestions for better form, carrying myself with more ease, and reminders to breathe properly and advice on what that means. I actually feel like I might get there. Not today probably not this week, but eventually. On my way to health!
