It can help
If you need help with a recent trauma it can help, but with a lifetime of issues it doesn't work for me. Try it and it may help you get past what you have been dealing with and get you to a good place. Narration was good no issues.

The author shares some valuable information in this self-help audiobook. I especially appreciate the recommendations offered for further development.
It took me a few minutes to adjust to the narrator's performance, but things went smoothly after that.

I found this book to be very informative and uplifting. I agree with the book it all starts with you because you are the root to your own health and happiness. This book teaches you how to forgive and love yourself through many techniques such as meditation and positive affirmation. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is truly in need. A no nonsense approach to self improvement
I really liked the down to earth approach for self improvement that this audio book provided. It made me feel like self improvement was an attainable goal. I gave it a five star review because the narrator was extremely easy to listen to and had “personality” in her voice. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a doable and understandable way to look inward and harness the untapped resources we have within ourselves to heal and become the person we attain to be.
