Not good hypnotism

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

If Amy had not used negatives during the session, I would have gladly given her a high rating. Her voice is wonderful. However, I have studied enough to know that the subconscious part of the brain does not hear negative terms, only the object that is being referred to. So when she says, you will stop being paranoid, the subconscious part of the brain only hears "paranoid" and ignores "stop being," which will often increase the problem instead of reducing it.

She had a wonderful voice.

What didn’t you like about the narrator’s performance?

Her presentation is not good hypnotism.
