Work and Life balance is a must!

The practical guide to overcoming the scarcity mindset is one of my favorite. Missing to address this mindset can really lead to burnout, that's why I really appreciate that the author included it, I love how it explored different reasons that may lead to such scenario. sometimes, what we think is okay are the one who that slowly will lead us to burning out. Must listen!

Third Degree Burnout, Excellent and Relatable

Third Degree Burnout, is just wow, so on point. Having that balance is so critical. Love how the author/book share how to put a line in the sand. I have listened once, but I plan to listen again next week so ensure I got all the great nuggets. There is so much incredible information in this book for us solopreneurs, and anyone who has a job.
The narrator is pretty decent.
I do resonate with the story of the day. It is awesome to see how you achieve your dreams, and I feel the author read my mind, especially being so burned out.
Highly recommend this book to anyone, at a corporate role or a business owner.

Eye Opening

As someone who is addicted to working, it's not always easy to realize when we're in the midst of burnout. After listening to this book, I not only realized that's what I was going through but found helpful ways to overcome it. Very well written and researched. When you can apply something to your own life, the book becomes very easy to relate to. I think I can apply the strategies from this book, especially "clocking off," in my work-life balance. Balance is power!

I have seen too many people not happy with their lives and just going through the motions. Overwhelming feelings happen often and they dont know what to do. They spend too much time and energy on things that drain them. Work tends to take too much time and their left unhappy personal lives. I have felt this burn out working three jobs to survive. So people then look fix their situation but dont know how. This book is a great step in the direction , learning to balance your life. I loved the situational examples in this book at it brought it to life for me. Learning to say No and managing a to do list are essential, so loved that it was included. Great resource for small business owners and anyone needeing to balance their lives.
