Publisher's summary

"I want a divorce."

That's the first thing she says to me after a decade of silence.

And we're not even married yet.

Her demand, the way her grandmother talks to her, and how she's treated by the town trigger me. This is just a business arrangement that'll save both our ranches, neither of us want this marriage, but I'll keep her safe by making her my wife.

My wife.

Those words are as powerful as her first ones to me.

The rings on her finger are temporary, so tell me why I want them to remain there permanently?

Great read!

📖 Book Review 📖

🐴 Arranged marriage
🐴 Small town
🐴 Cowboys (save a horse)
🐴 Friends to enemies to lovers
🐴 Slow burn

This was a wonderful start to the new 7C’s Pigeon Creek series. G.A. Mazurke is ruling in her small town era! The chemistry between Zee and Colt is palpable from the start and it is even there in the flashbacks, though as a bond rather than romantic in nature. It is obvious that neither really thrived without the other and that the connection between Colt and Zee was always there under the surface. This was a great start to the new series and I cannot wait to see what is next!

🎧 Audio Review 🎧

Connor Crais as Colt was perfect! He really did a great job making Colt come to life. And Stella Hunter, as always, was amazing at bringing life to Zee.

Outstanding Small Town Romance!

Things Left Unsaid is the first book/audiobook in the 7C’s: A Pigeon Creek Series. It is a slow burn, friends to enemies to lovers, second chance, arranged marriage, small town romance with romantic suspense, feuding families, a rich cowboy and a guaranteed HEA.

I honestly could not have loved this book or the audiobook more. I was entranced by the characters, both main and secondary, and the story from the very start, and could listen to the narration over and over again. Stella Hunter and Connor Crais did such a phenomenal job narrating the audiobook. They truly brought the heart and soul of the story to life. I definitely give them both five stars.

Secret childhood friends separated by tragedy. Zee, now a resident of the big city, must return to her small town roots to save the family ranch and in turn face her past. Colt keeps his family ranch successful despite his father’s shadiness. His father’s newest business arrangement finds Colt as its star and will force him to face the past as well.

This first book tells Zee and Colt’s story, and man do these two have a lot of chemistry! I absolutely adored them seperately, and loved them as a couple. I was definitely rooting for them and their HEA, which took a lot of hurdle hopping and navigating of twisty turns to achieve.

The writing, pace, and flow of the story is perfection, as are the characters, character development, storytelling, relationship development, storyline, world development, and audiobook casting. I would highly recommend this book and audiobook and personally consider it a Must Read/Listen. I will be excitedly awaiting the next story in this incredible series.

Great start to a new series! ❤️ Colt and Zee!

Wow! For me, there is almost too much to love about this story from G.A. Mazurke/Serena Akeroyd! Small town Canada. Feuding neighbors. Horses. (Makes me think of TV show, Heartland, that is filmed in Alberta. Stunningly beautiful creatures.) Arranged marriage. Secret childhood friendship/crush. Overlap of characters from a beloved MC series. Suspense, intrigue, and unsolved crimes galore! Interesting minor characters. (Cannot wait for Cody and Tee's book!) Narration was by Stella Hunter and Connor Crais -- one of my very favorite duos! Their performance was terrific! Their voices are so expressive, and they're both great at doing all the voices -- male, female, young, old, any age -- which makes the listening experience totally enjoyable. Loved it!!!!

Things Left Unsaid is utterly divine!!!

OMFG!!!
The audiobook for Things Left Unsaid is utterly divine!!!
I was swept off my feet with the banter that was just perfection.
Then the added touches of older characters from the interconnected books were a bonus for me. But Zee and Colt’s connection, their history together, and their journey are what sealed the deal for me. Just brilliant!

Let us not forget the spectacular dual narration performed by Stella Hunter and Connor Crais.
Now that is just audio magic!

Connor Crais ❤️❤️❤️🥰🤩

Connor Crais could read me a recipe and I would listen and swoon ❤️❤️❤️. I have become one Serena Akeroyd’s biggest fans. I found her by accident and I am so happy I did. Only one problem 🤔 how do I get my man to act like one of her heroes??? I love it when men fall in love first and hard 😍. Well I’ve listen to all of her books so I’m off to listen to them again 😁

Should of been a cowgirl

It’s not often I’m left speechless. This book absolutely left me speechless. The small town era has truly begun for me! Colton is perfection in a cowboy hat. He loves his ranch and his family more than anything. Well except his dad but who doesn’t have family problems anymore! Zee is such a strong female lead. After her home town turned on her for a crime she didn’t commit she leaves and makes a new life for herself. Circumstances at home are enough to bring her back to help her family. The sacrifices she makes in life are something to be admired. This story stole my heart and I love the entire journey.

Loved it

This has everything that I love in a G A Mazurke book. It has an amazing romance, spice, drama, a genuine friendship between characters, I really hope that a certian character is the next main character. So go read this book right now and thank me later.

Lovely Performance

Colton and Zee have a second chance to discover a love that was always there. In their journey to uncover the truth of what happened all those years ago, new emotions are unveiled, and sparks fly between these two. Stella and Connor are magnificent as Zee and Colton. Stella's tone is a breath of fresh air. She has a gracefulness in her tone that gives Zee the sass and sweetness that you'll love. I thoroughly enjoyed her as Zee. Connor is fantastic as the protective and charming cowboy, Colton. He seamlessly performs the endearing qualities of Colton as well as the deep growly side. Both Stella and Connor are phenomenal with their performances.
