The perfect companion to her guide

I am very much a visual learner and really needed that for my menopause guide. The author has done just that; this workbook is great. Downloading the PDF was easy to do. I used Adobe to do everything on my laptop, but I could have printed it off. The workbook matches the book precisely and is helping me document my feelings, symptoms, and any strategies I have tried and how it went. I really had no idea how much this part of my life would be so complicated. This book and workbook group is making this tough time much easier to work through.
