Brilliant.
This book is very easy to read, and the diet is easy to follow. You can actually eat plenty of food. Avoiding high Carb items isn't painful if you are already satisfied. Even if the people you work with are diabolic in their efforts to sabotage you.

Excellent book for beginners.
Excellent book for beginners who want to start the ketogenic way of eating and also a good book for who are already keto but need some new recipes. The book was full of good information explaining the science behind the ketogenic way of eating compared to other diets. The few recipes I tried were easy to make and very good.

I think this is a great audiobook to start the ketogenic diet. It has a lot of useful information and a lot of delicious recipes. I started the ketogenic diet about using the recipes and I have lost. I recommend this audiobook for beginners or those curious about keto.

I like this Audio book.
Easy to listen, easy to understand overview of the ketogenic diet. It takes the mystery out of what ketosis actually is. Living keto-adapted makes one feel a lot better and have more energy.
