A great toolkit for how to handle your ex and children

Liked the phrases you can use when communicating with your ex, I’ve found them useful and calming for everyone. I also found it really useful about what battles to fight and what not to and not putting the children offside. I’ve used some of these tools to not sweat the small stuff and it’s claimed my kids. I would recommend this to anyone going through a similar situation
